'World's most flexible woman' performs terrifying stunt days after 90min bend | The Sun

INSTAGRAM users have been left terrified after the “world’s most flexible woman” performed her most daring stunt to date.

Contortionist Stefanie Millinger filmed herself bending in half for 90 minutes on a high rise ledge – and users couldn’t believe their eyes.

Footage posted on social media shows the record holder as she began bending and twisting into a series of mind-boggling positions.

The video was taken at the top of a high rise car-park which appeared to have a lack of safety railings.

Daredevil Stefanie issued a trigger warning to her 590,000 followers as she captioned the post: “Don’t watch this, if you are afraid of heights.”

However her words of caution appeared to be in vein as stunned users reacted in the comments.

The Austrian was a finalist on German talent show Das Supertalent, trains for seven hours a day and has regularly posted crazy snaps including on planes and with real life bears.

She has also broken nine Guinness World Records to date just for good measure.

According to UPI, she only managed her first record in 2020- achieving the title for most consecutive L-sit straddle presses to handstands.

And just days ago she earned her latest title by holding the infamous dimbasana yoga pose, which involves bending backward from the standing position and grabbing her own ankle for 30 minutes, 3 seconds.

She also holds the impressive record for longest duration to perform a single arm handstand (1 hour, 22 minutes, 44 seconds).

Her other achievements include:

  • Longest L-sit bar hang (2 minutes, 14 seconds)
  • Longest duration hula hooping in abdominal plank position (4 minutes, 26 seconds)
  • Longest duration hula hooping in a single arm plank position (3 minutes, 5 seconds)
  • Longest time balancing on the hands (56 minutes, 6 seconds)
  • Longest time in an L-sit (10 minutes, 15 seconds)
  • Longest L-sit bar hang with one arm (1 hour, 38 minutes, 5 seconds)
