  • Interpol released a red notice for Angolan billionaire Isabel dos Santos’ arrest
  • Isabel dos Santos, 49, is wanted for fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering

The world’s most wanted fugitive billionaire was filmed meeting with Salt Bae at his Dubai restaurant where she was fed steak directly from a knife into her mouth.

Isabel dos Santos, 49, daughter of Angola’s former dictator, is wanted for fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering but found time to pay a visit to Salt Bae’s expensive Dubai steak restaurant.

Global police agency Interpol has released a red notice for the Angolan billionaire, asking law enforcement authorities across the world to locate and arrest her.

A slew of corruption allegations has followed dos Santos, as she continues to dodge authorities.

But the Angolan appeared to enjoy the lavish steak, which can cost up to several thousand pounds per cut, in a series of Instagram stories.

The red notice issued by Interpol is not an international arrest warrant for dos Santos, but instead requests ‘law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action.’

Despite being the international red notice for her arrest, dos Santos has continued to post her opulent life to her Instagram page.

Last year she posted a picture to her 400,000 Instagram followers of herself at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

dos Dantos’ father, José Eduardo dos Santos, ruled Angola from 1979 and 2017.

The 46-year-old, who was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, has lived outside Angola since her father ended his 38-year rule and is now believed to mostly spend time in London, Lisbon and Dubai.

One of the allegations against dos Santos relates to her father’s time as president of Angola, where in 2020, she and her then husband were accused of siphoning off $1 billion of public money from deals involving diamonds, oil and telecoms.

dos Santos is accused of using her father’s backing to plunder state money from the oil-rich but poor southern African country and moving the money abroad with the help of Western firms.

She has been dubbed Africa’s richest woman and is known as ‘the princess’.

dos Santos has continued to insist that she is innocent.

It is not known if Salt Bae knew who dos Santos was.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro (right) sparked fury in his homeland after dining on expensive steak at Salt Bae’s Turkish restaurant

This is not the first time somewhat controversial figures have visited Salt Bae’s restaurant.

A Vietnamese communist official was caught being hand-fed a gold-covered steak at Salt Bae’s restaurant in London in November 2021.

Footage of the minister of public security in the country, showed To Lam enjoying a £1,450 gold-leaf covered tomahawk steak.

In the video, the Turkish chef cuts the steak for Lam, salts it in his signature pose, before feeding it to the official off his knife.

The footage was posted on Nusr-Et Steakhouse’s Tiktok page in November 2021 but was quickly deleted. But the clip already went viral in Vietnam.

Social media users slammed Lam — whose department monitors dissenters and activists in the authoritarian country — for having such an extravagant meal.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro also sparked fury in his impoverished homeland after dining on expensive steak prepared by Salt Bae in Turkey.
