Canadian teacher with size Z breasts Kayla Lemieux says 'they're real'

Intersex teacher with Z-cup breasts spotted ‘dressing like a man outside of school’ insists they ARE real and has ‘rare’ condition causing them to grow (but admits she never got a diagnosis)

  • The Canadian high school teacher who gained attention for having Z-cup size breasts is insisting that they are natural and not prosthetic
  • Kayla Lemieux, who identifies as a woman and uses female pronouns, denies claims made by a neighbor that she dresses as a man outside of school
  • Lemieux explains that she was born intersex and has a medical condition called gigantomastia or breast hypertrophy, which causes her breasts to be huge

The Canadian transgender high school teacher – who went viral for her Z-cup size breasts – has now insisted that they are real.

Kayla Lemieux also denies that she dressed like a man when not on school grounds, having allegedly been spotted by a neighbor.

‘I’m not wearing prosthetic breasts. These are real,’ Lemieux told The New York Post this weekend while explaining how she is not ‘transgender’ but was born ‘intersex.’

‘My condition is classified as gigantomastia, which can also be referred to as macromastia or breast hypertrophy,’ Lemieux said, although she noted how she had never received a formal medical diagnosis.

‘It’s rare, there’s no doubt about it. It affects women on a very rare basis, but in my case, I believe — and my doctor thinks — because I have XX chromosomes as well, that has something to do with it, and hormone sensitivity to estrogen has caused it.’

Kayla Lemieux, the transgender high school teacher in Canada – who went viral for her prosthetic Z-cup breasts – was allegedly seen by a neighbor dressing as a man outside school grounds

Last week a person bearing a striking to Lemieux was seen out and about wearing men’s clothing – minus the prosthetics and wig.

A neighbor identified that person as being Lemieux. They were later seen driving in and out of the apartment block and walking on the sidewalk later on.

‘He wears prosthetic breasts extremely infrequently,’ the neighbor said. ‘He puts the breasts on to teach, occasionally when he goes for a walk or when the cops visit.’

A law enforcement source also says that officers – both uniformed and plainclothes – do regular welfare checks at her apartment.

The neighbor claims that usually, Lemieux’s outfit is completely unmissable, having started going out in public as a woman in May 2022.

‘I was driving past. You can see the breasts from so far away when you’re driving,’ he said. ‘He put the whole outfit on and just walked up and down Guelph Line — no bags, just walking. Everyone slows down because you can’t believe what they’re seeing.’

Lemieux was quick to respond to such allegations: ‘I can’t tell you who that is because I don’t want to bring anyone else into this. I don’t want that person being thrown all over the media, but it wasn’t me.

‘This is who I am. This is how I look. You’ve been talking to people in my building but what they’re telling you is harsh and untrue. I am always going out looking the way I am.’

Asked if she would ever look different out and about, ‘I guess if I took my wig off or took my makeup off,’ she replied.

‘But I would still have breasts. You can’t hide them. People online making comments are basically body-shaming,’ Lemieux explained.

‘I identify as a woman. Female. She/her,’ Lemieux said when asked specifically about her sexuality.

‘My whole life, I’ve been identifying as male. I’ve been looking like a male. When I decided to embrace this other side of me around age 39, this presented itself,’ she said.

‘Intersex people can have a mixture of those two different sets of chromosomes. It can be something they don’t even know about. It can show up in other physical attributes at birth so it can be more obvious or less obvious, depending on the person,’ Lemieux said.

Students were allegedly threatened with suspension if they took pictures of Lemieux

Students and parents have raised concerns about Lemieux’s attire, saying it ‘mocks women and the education experience’.

Until now the board has supported her decision to dress that way, and in December it emerged students had been threatened with suspension if they took photos of her.

Lemieux has made headlines multiple times and began transitioning from male to female in 2021.

In December, David Menzies, a host with the right-wing Canadian news outlet Rebel Media, spoke about Lemieux being removed from a theater, in an appearance on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show.

Menzies also discussed the incident in a November episode of his show. At the time he said of Lemieux’s presence at the dance recital: ‘This is so gross. This is so disturbing. This is so despicable.’

During the same episode, Menzies said that he brought a camera crew to Lemieux’s condo. He said that he witnessed Lemieux removing her breasts and wig while at home.

Students shared videos of Lemieux in other schools while she recovered from a foot injury, showing her walking with crutches

In December, David Menzies, a host with the right wing Canadian news outlet Rebel Media, spoke about Lemieux being removed from a theater, in an appearance on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show

In October, Menzies attended a meeting of the Halton School District School Board, where Lemieux teaches at Oakville Trafalgar High School, as the character ‘Mammary Menzies’ equipped with extremely large prosthetic breasts.

Menzies brought with him a petition calling for the school board to be terminated over Lemieux’s continued employment. He was eventually removed from the meeting by a police officer.

Students have shared videos of Lemieux in other schools while she recovers from a foot injury, showing her walking with crutches and sitting beside a student who appeared to be vaping.

The district has now warned that students are not allowed to take pictures of anyone in school unless they get their permission –  and could face suspension if they do.

Along with complaints over the alleged suspension warnings, parents claimed ‘Lemieux gets a personal escort [and] protection’ everywhere she goes after the district received a series of bomb threats.

School board spokeswoman Heather Francey said at the time that the district could not comment on Human Resources matters.

She added that students must obey the district’s ‘Responsible Use Procedures for Information and Communications Technology’ policy.

‘It is routine practice for students to obtain permission of any subject at any time (including other students, staff or any person) before capturing, using and transmitting images or video,’ she told the Sun.

‘This policy helps guide that standard courtesy across our board.’

In November, Lemieux was pictured skydiving with a male porn star named Voodoo, whose real name is Alexandre Boisvert.

Voodoo said that he was only focused on jumping out of the plane, and discussing his personal feelings about transgender people with Lemieux would be counterproductive to their safety.

Voodoo said he was only focused on jumping out of the plane, and discussing his personal feelings about transgender people with Lemieux would be counterproductive to their safety

In his bio, Voodoo describes himself as ‘THE CONSERVATIVE PORNSTAR SKYDIVER’

He also stressed that Lemieux did not know who he was either.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail at the time, Voodoo said: ‘I had no idea I was taking the controversial transgender school teacher until they showed up to the drop zone.

‘I’m not a fan of trans activism or Kayla’s behavior at the school but I’m a professional and I don’t discriminate.’

He added: ‘I’ll throw anyone out of a plane. Plus, I regarded taking a big 230-pound person with huge prosthetic beasts on a skydive as a challenge. Most instructors would not even take them strictly on their size alone.’
