I called the police as my son is being bullied at school for being ENGLISH | The Sun
A MUM called the police on local primary school bullies who have allegedly been abusing her 11-year-old son for YEARS – all "because he's English".
Kelly Wood from Gowerton, Swansea, claimed her son Liam has been beaten "black and blue" and even hospitalised by horrific bullies at his Welsh primary.
Some of the other students at Waunarlwydd Primary School allegedly pick on Liam because he is English and they think he is overweight, Kelly claimed.
The nasty schoolmates reportedly jibe insults at Kelly's son, calling him "fat", "English p****" and "English idiot".
She said the year six lad went from being the "happiest boy ever" to becoming anxious and stressed after suffering four years of torment.
So the furious mum called in the cops – reporting the bullying and hate crimes to South Wales Police.

Kelly feared the school staff could not and will not able to keep Liam out of danger.
She was terrified, claiming her boy is often teased, hit and punched on the playground – he has even been "piled on by seven boys".
On one occasion in 2017, Kelly said she rushed Liam to hospital after an alleged beating so bad that his head was "split open".
"My son has been severely bullied for four years," the devastated mum told WalesOnline, "He's been beaten black and blue, he's been pinned down by two boys and kicked in the private area, it's terrible."

Turning to the local police force was Kelly's last desperate resort to keep her son safe.
“We are investigating allegations of bullying and hate crime against a 11-year-old boy from the Gowerton area," confirmed South Wales Police Neighbourhood Inspector Simon Trick.
"Tackling hate crime is a priority for South Wales Police. Hate crime is totally unacceptable, and we take it extremely seriously.
"We are committed to community cohesion and supporting the diverse communities we serve.
"The definition of hate crime is a crime that the victim or anyone else perceives to be motivated by hostility or prejudice towards any aspect of a person’s identity.
"It can manifest itself in many forms including physical assault, verbal abuse, online bullying or harassment, and in many other criminal offences.
"South Wales Police is committed to protecting our communities and safeguarding those who are vulnerable.
"Anyone who is a victim of hate crime or witnesses a hate related incident should come forward and report.
"It is through reporting we can take action against perpetrators and provide victims with the support they need."
