Hilarious moment adorable six-year-old boy reveals the ‘classic role’ he’s playing in his school Christmas nativity in viral video (but it’s not what you might expect)
A young boy has gone viral after revealing the ‘classic role’ he will be portraying in his school’s Christmas nativity play.
Six-year-old Milo Walton was seemingly thrilled when his teacher cast him as ‘Door Holder Number 3’ in the primary school’s holiday production.
‘Guess what I am for the Nativity? I’m a classic one,’ he told his mother in a now-viral TikTok video, prompting her to guess he landed a lead role of Joseph, one of the three wise men or an innkeeper.
‘I’m Door Holder Number 3. I’ll be holding doors!’ Milo explained, adding that he was excited by the news: ‘I was like, “I’m a door holder. Get in there! Let’s go! Yes!”‘
Milo, who appeared on ITV’s This Morning alongside his mother and grandma last week, has now revealed that his new-found internet fame has other pupils eyeing his not-so-traditional role in the play.

Milo was sitting in the backseat of the car as he tried to get his mother Harley Walton to guess what he would be in the upcoming Christmas play.
She listed off a series of possible roles before an overjoyed Milo revealed he would be tasked with holding doors.
‘That’s amazing!’ Ms Walton told her son. ‘Holding doors for who?’
He replied: ‘Erm, probably Joseph and Mary.’
Milo confirmed that he was ‘pleased’ with the role and told his mother: ‘Maybe because there’s no room [in the inn], I’ll probably be just there, be just like coming in and then I’ll slam them in – slam the door on their face.’
Laughing, she asked: ‘Is that your star role?’
‘Maybe,’ Milo answered. ‘I’ll probably be dressed up as a door.’
Milo will debut as Door Holder Number 3 during the school performance on December 12, but has been practising his role of opening doors. He even opened a door on the show last week

He even opened a door on live television as he welcomed his mother and grandmother Leanne to the This Morning set before joining Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond on the couch.
The anchors asked the youngster – who Mr O’Leary joked should be promoted to ‘Door Holder Number 1’ – for the inside scoop about the upcoming production.
Milo revealed that, despite his initial thoughts, he will not be dressed up as a door, but instead be outfitted in ‘all black’ or ‘all grey’.
However, he does get to choose how the door he opens is decorated.
‘It’s going to be a cardboard door and their gonna decorate it,’ he explained, adding: ‘I am going to keep it Star Wars.’
