Desperate search launched for girl, 11, and boy, 12, after they vanished together | The Sun
A DESPERATE manhunt is underway today after a boy and girl vanished together in Scotland.
Kyeron Rees Polden, 12, and Mercedes Mia Scott, 11, from Stonehaven, in Aberdeenshire, disappeared on Monday evening.
The North East Police Division said the pair were last seen on Stonehaven High Street at around 7pm.
Mercedes is described as being 4ft 10in tall and slim with fair blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey North Face jacket, blue denim shorts and a blue crop top.
Kyeron is described as being 5ft 2in and slim with brown curly hair.

The young lad was last seen wearing a black North Face hooded top, joggers and black trainers with a black rucksack.
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: "We are appealing for information to trace two missing youths from the Stonehaven area of Aberdeenshire.
"Kyeron Rees Polden, 12, and Mercedes Mia Scott, 11 are believed to have last been seen around 7pm on Monday, 19 September on the town’s High Street."
Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts, or who may be able to help police trace them is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 3420 of 20 September.
