Andrew Tate hires lawyer-to-disgraced stars Tina Glandian who represented Chris Brown, Mike Tyson & Jussie Smollett | The Sun

ANDREW Tate has hired a lawyer who has represented disgraced stars Chris Brown, Mike Tyson and Jussie Smollett.

Tina Glandian was in Bucharest as the 36-year-old misogynist influencer attempted to be released on bail after being accused of sex trafficking and rape.

The court rejected the appeal of Tate and his brother Tristan, 34, meaning they will stay in jail until at least February 27.

It is alleged the Tates and their two enforcers – also known as their "angels" – would exploit the women, taking half of their earnings as they carried out sex work on OnlyFans.

Prosecutors allege Tate raped an OnlyFans model twice after luring her to work for him as a cam girl.

The Tate brothers have been in custody since late Decemberand deny all allegations against them.

He has recently been accused of raping a woman in the early 1990s after meeting her in a club, according to a $5 million lawsuit.

Tyson was convicted of rape in February 1992 and served three years behind bars.

After the hearing in Bucharest, Glandian argued that being held behind bars without any charges filed so far was a violation of two men's rights.

"I don't believe they are a flight risk," Glandian told a news conference.

"They've known since April that there's an investigation and if they intended to flee they could have left Romania. They have not, they have ties here to the country."

Speaking to TalkTV, she earlier defended the brothers, who she said were controversial but have committed no crime.

She told Piers Morgan's Uncensored the brothers have been subject to "huge injustice" after their arrest on December 29.

Tina, who has defended the likes of Chris Brown and pop star Kesha, told TalkTV: "This is a huge injustice as we see it, they should not be detained at this point.

"They are controversial public figures, but that is not a crime.”

Andrew is claimed to have lured an unnamed woman, from Moldova, to join him in Romania – assuring her "nothing bad would happen".
