Devon home goes on the market for £110,000 – but is covered in rubbish

Three-bedroom Devon home goes on the market for £110,000 – but the new owner will have to clear MOUNDS of rubbish filling every room

  • Every room inside three-bed home is covered in waste including wine bottles and food packaging rubbish
  • The successful buyer will have to face doing the biggest clean up of their lives to clear the litter-strewn home
  • The semi-detached property is a ten minute walk from the train station and a ten minute drive from The Hoe

A property which has just come on the market is seen pictured covered in litter and rubbish from top to bottom.

Potential buyers can snap up a bargain three bedroom home near Central Park in Plymouth, Devon for as little as £110,000 when it goes to auction this month.

But the successful buyer will have to face doing the biggest clean up of their lives- because every room is covered in discarded plastic waste, bottles of wine and food packaging litter.

The kitchen is seen covered with a mountain of rubbish which covers the floor and spills out the door. Food packaging is seen piled above the pot which is still on the stove

The semi-detached property is just a ten minute walk from Devonport train station and a ten minute drive from The Hoe, one of the popular tourist areas in the city.

But these shocking pictures show the state that all of the rooms were left in by the last person who lived there.

The kitchen is seen covered with a mountain of rubbish which covers the floor and spills out the door. Food packaging is seen piled above the pot which is still on the stove.

Potentially thousands of glass wine bottles are seen on the floor in the living room. The bottles are pictured gathering next to the sofa in a pile so high it blocks the curtains from being opened.

The property could be a good fit for any football fans as it is also located near Plymouth Argyle FC ‘s stadium and Central Park for exercise and football.

It is so messy that auctioneer agents reportedly have not been able to access everywhere in the property including the rear courtyard area, The Sun reports.

It will be auctioned on November 18 by Auction House Devon & Cornwall.
