Sports Sponsorship: The Best Marketing Technique
Leicester City won the 2021 FA Cup, and it finished fifth in the last English Premier Season. It rose to fame after it clinched the 2015/16 Premier League title when it was deemed as an underdog.
The broker, which has 16 million traders on board, is expected to benefit from the exposure of the club in England and also across Europe. In addition, Leicester City FC has a massive fan base in Asia as the club’s owner is from Thailand.
Yulia Ivanova, CEO at FBS commented: “We are very excited about this partnership and the opportunity to align FBS with the incredible Leicester City story, which continues to capture the imagination of sports fans all over the world. It will significantly expand our brand positioning, and it will help us market our comprehensive solutions portfolio to all customers globally. We are extremely proud to partner with Leicester City and to be part of the Club’s story in the years to come.”
Other brokers are also sealing high-profile sports sponsorship deals just ahead of the new season commencement. Finance Magnates recently reported on ICM.com’s deal with Italian F1 Team Scuderia AlphaTauri, while eToro became Rugby Australia sponsor for three years.
