Russian sues Google because of blocking of crypto-currency advertising
An entrepreneur from the Russian Federation, Vladimir Orekhov, decided to sue Google due to the fact that they stop advertising the crypto currency. This information is distributed by Vedomosti, which has read a copy of the statement of claim.
The documents say that citizen Orekhov accuses the company of causing moral harm and requires compensation for the injury by an amount of 2 billion Russian rubles. Vladimir also believes that Google should cancel the previously mentioned ban on advertising digital currency and ICO. The lawsuit was filed in the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow, the respondent was a Russian legal entity of the corporation LLC "Google".
The entrepreneur told that he is investing in projects related to digital currency. For example, Orekhov launches a network of crypto-currency terminals for operations with digital currency (cryptomata). Vladimir said that the project is under development, but he is confident that in the future, the new Google policy will negatively affect the business.
The publication of Vedomosti spoke with lawyers, and the latter assured that Orekhov practically has no chances in court.
