Even during the coronavirus pandemic, the $42 billion Australian software giant Atlassian has continued to grow.

Launched in 2002, Atlassian now sells a wide variety of products — including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Trello — to help people collaborate on both software and business projects. It started off by selling software that customers would run in their own data centers, but in the past few years, it's been making a massive investment in its cloud products.

Atlassian has also been investing in its DevOps tools to help customers collaborate on and release code, as well as IT service management through recent acquisitions of companies like Mindville and Code Barrel. The firm just launched a venture fund called Atlassian Ventures.

Atlassian is still hiring during the pandemic for roles like software engineers, security engineers, and more to keep up with its growth. Like most corporate workers, Atlassian's employees are currently working from home, and teh firm recently announced that it's permanently embracing remote work.

To get a sense of what Atlassian may pay for some of these open positions, Business Insider dug through the firm's disclosure data with the US Office of Foreign Labor Certification. Companies are required to disclose information, including salary (or in some cases, salary ranges), when they hire foreign workers under the H1-B visa program, giving insight into what these major companies are willing to shell out for tech talent.

Here's a peek at the salaries that Atlassian pays US-based engineers, product managers, data scientists, and technical account managers.
